ADGUARD has just become the last VPN supplier to add quantum -resistant encryption to its software.
More specifically, Adguard VPN now incorporates a combination of conventional encryption methods with one of the post-quantum algorithm standards published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in August from last year. The functionality was deployed on MacOS and Windows on March 6, 2025, the mobile applications that should obtain the upgrade later in the month.
