Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the appropriate action and the bravery of the security forces, declaring that loose terrorists are forced to withdraw due to their efforts, Express News reported.
In a strong condemnation of the loose attack against the Jaffar Express near Bolan’s pass on Tuesday, the PM recognized the operations in progress against the terrorists, stressing that the counter-current security forces actually thwarted the attackers with courage and professionalism.
Despite the difficult land, the PM said that the morale of the security forces involved in the operation remains high. He expressed his confidence that security personnel would soon succeed in his mission and translate the terrorists into justice.
“These loose terrorists, who led this contemptible attack, do not deserve any leniency. They are enemies of the progress of Pakistan and the inhabitants of Balutchistan,” he added.
Prime Minister Shehbaz also condemned the attack during the sacred month of Ramadan, describing it as a clear indication that terrorists have no connection with Islam, Pakistan or Balutchistan. He reiterated his government’s commitment to eradicate terrorism and ensure peace in the country.
“We will continue the fight against terrorism until it is completely eradicated from our land. Each plot to spread the troubles and chaos to Pakistan will be thwarted,” he said.
He also assured that the nation is united to the security forces in this battle against terrorism and that the harmful plans of enemies would never succeed.
The Prime Minister concluded by reaffirming the determination of the government to protect the sovereignty and peace of Pakistan, stressing that the whole nation is firmly behind its security forces in these difficult times.
