The former NBA star, Dwight Howard, recently revealed some details on his release from Los Angeles Lakers.
During a recent edition of his “Podcast, the triple defensive player of the year of the NBA, LeBron James said that LeBron James said that Los Angeles said that the Triple Player for the Year of the NBA said that LeBron James was responsible for him leaving him Los Angeles shortly after the franchise defeated Miami Heat in the NBA 2020 final.

According to Howard, the friction between him and James came from a match during the 2019-20 regular season. Howard said he had led vulgar instructions to James, which contributed to his departure from the Lakers.

While the exact reasons of the Lakers decided not to bring Howard after the 2019-2020 season, the insult also seems to be at the center of the James conflicts with the Golden State Warriors Draymond Green striker in the 2016 NBA final.
“He said that Draymond Green called him the word B, and that is what made him move forward,” said Chris Broussard at the time, referring to his discussion with James after the riders’ defeat against the Warriors in match 4.
The cameras also seemed to capture the green trying to strike James in the groin region when the two players were tangled towards the middle of the area. Green served a suspension of a match during the series.
The Cavs led by James finally hoisted the Trophy of the Larry O’Brien championship in 2016.
Howard’s first passage with Lakers took place during the 2012-13 season. James was with heat at the time. Howard then rebounded around the league with a few teams before joining purple and gold for the 2019-2020 campaign.

Despite key to the field contributions in a season that culminated with the seventh title of the Lakers NBA, Howard left Los Angeles and played with the Philadelphia 76ers the following year.
Howard had another opportunity to play with James in Los Angeles when he returned to the Lakers for the 2021-22 season. Howard appeared in 60 games this season and has not played in the NBA since. He spent the 2022-23 season participating in a professional league based in Taiwan.
