New Holy New Orleans Week had a relatively calm start, but the franchise quickly started making noise. On Tuesday, several reports indicated that the franchise had made a big splash by landing Justin Reid.
The star defensive back and the saints have entered into an agreement on a three -year contract, according to ESPN. Reid has spent the last three seasons with the chiefs, but entered the market for free agents after it did not seem to be part of the future plans of Kansas City. Reid won a pair of Super Bowls during his three -year -old passage with the chiefs.

Reid played university football in Stanford before Houston’s Texans chose him in the third round of the 2018 NFL draft. He left Houston after the 2021 season and joined the chiefs.

Reid and the Chiefs failed in the quest to win three consecutive Super Bowls. The Eagles dominated the chiefs of the Super Bowl Lix last month. The 40-22 victory marked the second time in the story that the Eagles won the Vince Lombardi trophy.

Shortly after the match, New Orleans appointed Kellen Moore the next trainer of the franchise. Moore spent the 2024 season as an offensive coordinator of Eagles.
The acquisition by New Orleans of Reid – which has 10 interceptions, six bags, three forced escapes and three recovery escaped in his career – occurs one day after the old saints began the Cornerback Paulson Adebo would have accepted a free agreement with the Giants of New York.
