One of the operators of the Russian cryptocurrency exchange sanctioned Guarantx was arrested on Tuesday in India, according to two recent reports.
The national and Russian resident of Lithuanian Aleksej Bisciokov, 46, was allegedly arrested by the Indian state police in Kerala, while on vacation on the southern coast of the country with his family, Techcrunch and Krebsoncurity reported.
