Like Favre, Rodgers spent about two decades with Green Bay packers before heading for New York Jets.
Favre spent a season with Gang Green before moving to the Vikings du Minnesota for two seasons, and ironically, with Rodgers a free agent, this is exactly where Favre wants his successor to have.

“By all means, sign with them,” said Favre on “The Will Cain Show” on Tuesday. “They got a very good football team. They are busy almost all areas. They succeeded in the playoffs last year. They got a great fans base, a bit like packers. If you have the opportunity, it’s a good place to win.
“Of course, you have to play the packers then.”
The Minnesota left Sam Darnold, who would have accepted a three -year agreement worth $ 100 million with Seattle Seahawks earlier this week. Perhaps Darnold’s performances in the two most important games of the Vikings cost him a lot of money.
