We can finally say: “Aloha!” to our first real look at live action Lilo & StitchThanks to the official trailer. And let’s just say like someone who loves Stitch – including the original, “Stitch has a problem” and the television series – Lilo & Stitch: The Series – It’s a trip.
It is quite crowded, displaying all kinds of emotions as we expected from the main character, but the trailer of two minutes and 24 seconds passes. He also provides a first overview of most of the actors, including Maia Kealoha like Lilo, Sydney Agudong like Nani, Billy Magnussen as Pleakley and Zach Galifianakis like Jumba. Of course, we also hear a lot of Chris Sanders taking over his role as stitch.
The trailer begins with the apprehension of Stitch – alias an “dangerous experience” – but it quickly falls from rails with an overview of the iconic foreigner in a red vessel. Then we clip in Hawaii and see Lilo spot a shooting star and wishing a “best friend”. Quite quickly after that, we hear “Duvelu”, see Nani, the sounds of Elvis arrive, and chaos Uh, the pleasure follows.
You can watch it for yourself below, and this is our look at the film and the whole casting before the release on May 23, 2025.

It was a trend for Disney, which also did a live action Beauty and beasT – And you can now build the emblematic castle from this LEGO franchise – and The Lion King.
With Lilo & StitchHowever, the beateering is there, and it could still be the best live remake of Disney. Especially with the original voice of Stitch – Chris Sanders – resuming his role and doing a good job, at least of the trailer so far.
The trailer also provides a first – if it is only super fast – in Pleakly, and Billy Magnussen, as well as Zach Galifianakis, but no signs of animated Jumba for the moment. We also see Cobra Bubbles, played by Courtney B. Vance, and in the name of Fan Service – which this trailer is a lot – we saw ice cream / a snow cone falling on the ground.
