Khanewal:
Mian Channu police arrested a man to ensure the murder of a woman after having attracted him from Karachi via social networks.
The suspect was identified as Mehmood, 26.
According to the police, they had received an appeal on the Emergency line 15 concerning the discovery of an unidentified woman’s body in an wheat field at Chak 126 / 15L.
Sho Arsalan Amjad and his team collected evidence on site and recorded a murder case against unknown attackers. The suspect was followed and arrested in Bahawalnagar during a police descent.
The victim, identified as a 23 -year -old Maimoona of Karachi, had a relationship with the suspect via social media. The reports indicated that she was pregnant, which had led the suspect to attract him to Mian Channu.
