A lawyer in Argentina asked for an international arrest order for Hayden Davis, the founder of the same Libra, Buenos Aires reported on Thursday.
Lawyer Gregorio Dalbon raised the risk of procedure that American citizen Davis remained as a whole and his financial resources allowing him to stay to hide, according to the report.
The lawyer therefore asked that “Davis’ international arrest be ordered and that an interpol red opinion be issued in order to locate and arrest it, with a view to his extradition”, in a presentation to the Argentinian courts.
