Patrick Mahomes enters the 2025 season with another new quarter aid.
Gardner Minshew, who started nine games for Las Vegas raiders in 2024, signed a one -year agreement with the Kansas City chiefs, according to ESPN.
Minshew has signed a $ 25 million $ 25 million contract for the last season to fight for the starting role with the Raiders.

He started the first five games of the season, but after taking 2-3, head coach Antonio Pierce went with his backup, Aidan O’Connell, for week 6 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Minshew was back from week 8 when the raiders had trouble achieving victories. Then, in week 12, Minsheww broke a collarbone which knocked out for the rest of the season, leaving the tasks of the quarter in the hands of O’Connell.

Minshew finished the year 2-8 in the 10 games he played, spending 2,013 yards with nine affected and 10 interceptions.
However, Minshew experienced better seasons in the past, including a year of the pro Bowl with the Indianapolis colts in 2023. He went 7-6 in his 13 departures in place of the Recrue Anthony Richardson, launching a career summit of 3,305 yards with 15 touchdown and nine interceptions.

For his six-year career, which began as a choice of Jacksonville Jacksonville jaguars round in 2019, Minshew has a 17-29 file during his 46 departures with 11,950 yards per pass, 68 affected and 34 interceptions.
Last season, Carson Wentz, the former quarter of the Eagles franchise in Philadelphia, supported Mahomes in Kansas City. The previous year was Chad Henne.

Chiefs Hope Minshew does not have to attend a starting role because it would mean that Mahomas would be confronted with an injury.
