Kat Dennings admits having fired with Tim Allen for “ speed changes ” was emotionally difficult.
Speaking of not breastfeeding, Kat admitted that the shooting of the show has often made him tear.
“We both feared it,” she said about her and Allen. “We said to ourselves: ‘Oh my God, we must cry. What is this?’ It’s like, I watched him and started crying, he looked at me and he started to cry. It was real.
“In the first episode, we both became emotional and it was real,” she added.
Kat added that it is “a really interesting experience because we are dealing with sorrow and real problems”.
“It’s a bit crazy to be raw and emotional in front of an audience like that,” she said. “And it’s this incredible combination of theater and burlesque or something like that. But as soon as I look at Tim Allen’s little face, I’m here.
“I forget everything else because … he is a very present actor, and he really feels these things,” she continued. “I mean, I really didn’t experience this huge quantity because, like me, people think about their next line or whatever they do.”
“He’s so in the moment, and he’s such an incredible actor, and he’s just there with you.”
