Chappell Roan has just moved pop in the country!
THE Hot to do! Singer has now released his long -awaited country song, entitled, The donor, Call change as a rather “daring and scary” movement.
Roan, addressing his single, his first since the 2024 successful track, Good luck, baby! said this transformation is not permanent, even if it is a complete change in its usual pop hymns.
Taking her official Instagram account, the American singer wrote: “(I’m very afraid because I type this lol) but I think that is all the interest of Chappell Roan. Be bold and frightening and have fun.”
She continued: “Some of you are perhaps new on the country scene and do not know what to do with me with a violin and a banjo in my song.”
“It is something different and sometimes different can feel bad because it is not familiar, but I encourage you to give it another blow,” said Roan.
Earlier this week, speaking of The donor on Amazon music country heat Weekly podcast, she revealed her reflection process to think how it would be “funny” to release a “lesbian country song”.
“Well, I can’t call myself Princess Midwest and not recognize country music, directly,” said Chappell Roan, referring to the title of her 2023 album, The rise and the fall of a Midwest princess.
