The members of the United Nations Security Council strongly condemned the heinous and loose terrorist attack against a train of Jaffar Express passengers in Pakistan.
Friday, in a press release published by the president of the Council Christina Markus Lassen, the members expressed the deepest sympathy and the condolences to the families of the victims and wanted a rapid and complete recovery of the injured.
“The members of the Security Council condemned in the strongest terms of the heinous and loose terrorist attack against a train of passengers of Jaffar Express traveling from Quetta to Peshawar near the city of Sibi, Balutchistan province, Pakistan, on March 11, 2025 and taking passengers as hostages. This act of reprehensible terrorism led to the serious loss of at least 25 Pakistani nationals, “said the press release.
They underlined the need to hold the authors, the organizers, the financiers and the sponsors of these reprehensible acts of responsible terrorism and reflect them in justice and have urged all the States to actively cooperate with the Government of Pakistan in this regard.
This act of reprehensible terrorism led to the serious loss of at least twenty-five years that the Pakistani national army and Balutchistan said that the attack had been led by its major brigade.
