At least five people were killed and 10 others injured in an explosion near a passenger bus on the national highway N-40, said Express News on Sunday.
According to security officials, the bus went from Nushki to Taftan when it was targeted.
“The attack on the bus seems to be a suicide bombardment,” said Sho Zafar Baloch.
According to police, the injured were rolled up urgently to Nushki hospital, where two remain in critical condition.
Meanwhile, the security forces have completed the explosion site, and investigations are underway to determine the cause and those responsible for the attack.
Balutchistan has experienced frequent incidents of violence with security forces and civilians often targeted in attacks.
