Adobe has introduced 10 new specially designed AI agents which, according to him, can improve customer experiences and marketing workflows in his Cloud Adobe Experience and have already promised to add more soon.
Unveiling the new offers during its Adobe Summit 2025 event, the company boasted of the experiences of a Billion of experiences per year that its active Adobe experienced platform, which gives its latest AI tools a “deep semantic understanding of corporate data, content and customer journeys”.

At the same time, Adobe has launched its brand concierge, a new AI application which allows conversational experiences adapted to individual brand interactions using unique brand attributes of a company and customer data.
Citing an increase of 1,200% from traffic to American retail sites from Genai sources between July 2024 and February 2025, Adobe Brand Concierge can create a more personalized experience in B2C settings, for example the reservation of monitoring meetings for customers, but it also has B2B applications such as the connection of sales and marketing teams.
