The Los Angeles Dodgers finished a scanning of two games from Chicago Cubs in the Tokyo series on Wednesday, winning 6-3 in the Tokyo Dome with the game broadcast on Fox Sports.
The Dodgers, despite not having Freddie Freeman (Ribs) and Mookie Betts (illness) in the starting programming, jumped on the starter of Cubs Justin Steele early.
In the second round, Max Muncy crushed a suspended breach ball for a double, to install the dodgers with runners on the second and third base with a withdrawal. The Dodgers receiver, Will Smith, marked the first round of the match on a past ball, which progressed Muncy to third. Kiké Hernandez then struck a sacrifice fly towards the central field which marked Muncy, which makes 2 to 0 dodgers.

After the second two -point round, the Dodgers struck again in the third round when Tommy Edman struck a quick ball in the left -wing stands for a solo home run, the first Home Run of the MLB 2025 season.

The only Cubs race off Sasaki came at the bottom of the third round, when the right defender Kyle Tucker walked with the loaded bases, scoring the second goal Jon Berti.
After the Cubs reduced the deficit to 3-1, the Dodgers returned to work at the top of the fourth round. Hernandez turned on an interior quick ball and demolished a two-point circuit in the left field seats to do it 5-1. Hernandez had three points produced in victory.
Steele ended up with defeat, because he abandoned five points in four work sleeves during his beginnings in the season.
The Cubs responded with a race that was their own at the end of the fourth round after a single Ian Happ RBI was 5-2.

After scoring two points in the Dodgers victory on Tuesday, Shohei Ohtani joined the action while hitting a Home Run by Nate Pearson. The Home Run was being examined due to the interference of the fans, but after an exam, the call took place and the Dodgers took an advance of 6-2 at the top of the fifth round.
The Cubs stopst stop, inby Swanson, doubled in a race at the bottom of the fifth round to do it 6-3, and that’s where the score would remain.

With the scanning of the Tokyo series, the Dodgers began their defense of the title of the World Series with a 2-0 departure.
They will return to the United States to play a few additional spring training games before resuming the regular season on March 27 when they play the Detroit Tigers.
The Cubs, like the Dodgers, will return home to play a few other training games in the spring before resuming their regular season against the Arizona Diamondbacks on March 27, while they hope to bounce after their departure 0-2.
