The title champion of masters Scottie Scheffler shared a similar feeling earlier this week.
“I hope that some of these guys stayed, but at the end of the day, they made their choice. They knew the consequences of this decision, and I am not here to change their mind. I have no bad will towards any of these guys who left,” said Scheffler.
“They did what they wanted to do, and I cannot control their life. I will not sit here and say that they should have done something differently. They made their choice. If we want to understand why the golf game is not back together, go ask these guys. Go everywhere they play this week and discover when the game will come back together.”
