Islamabad:
The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court observed Thursday that the days when the courts would lead the government, warning that the judges were not seats to direct the affairs of the government, stressing that the whole state could not be blamed for the negligence of a person.
A constitutional bench of five members led by Judge Amicin Khan heard a case linked to the rights of minorities. A minority chief of the minority community said that the main accused involved in the church burning incidents in Jaranwala had not been captured.
