Islamabad:
Judge Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan, judge Ijaz Ishaq Khan, ordered the deputy judicial judicial judicial judicial to submit the judicial rules of the Haute-Cour.
During the procedure of outrage against the assistant registrar, the judge declared that he would reduce his decision according to which there was no significance in the law to transfer a case in the way that the advocacy of the outrage at the court of Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf (PTI), Mashal Yousafzai, was issued from the list of causes of the court.
The case began Wednesday after all the cases related to the prison meetings of the founder of the PTI were to hear before a bench of three members led by the acting chief judge Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar on Thursday. Affairs included Yousafzai’s petition, which was to be heard by judge Khan.
The judge took note of the cancellation of the list of causes of his court. In the opinion of the court, the deputy registrar Sultan Mahmood appeared before the court and told the judge that the instructions came from the office of the chief judge.
Continuing the hearing Thursday, the judge pointed out that he would not indicate to anyone who is out of the court. However, he stressed that the case did not concern the leader of a political party but on the definition of principles.
Presenting in an opinion on the court, Ayaz Shaukat, defender general of Islamabad (AG), said that the court said on Wednesday and that it should now be heard. He added that the controversy had occurred to determine whether Yousafzai was the lawyer for the founder of the PTI or not.
The GA referred to a declaration by the focal person of the founder of the PTI who had declared that Yousafzai was no longer the lawyer for the founder of the PTI. Due to this controversy said the GA, all cases related to the founder of PTI have been combined and placed in front of a larger bench.
However, judge Khan pointed out that the court had appointed a commission on this subject. He declared to the AG if a meeting of the commission with the founder of the PTI had been arranged, the question would have been concluded in just 30 seconds.
However, judge Khan added that this question was not in court at the moment, but the court examined the question of whether a pending case could be transferred in this way. He said that when a lawyer told court that he was a lawyer, the court did not ask for confirmation from each petitioner.
The judge observed that the question of the combination of affairs and the formation of a wider bench was linked to the judge who had heard the case. Consequently, he added, the judge referred the case to the chief judge and that the chief judge made an order.
The court then addressed the GA: “Are you going to give the arguments before the greatest bench at the request for contempt in the court?” He added that the request for an outrage to the court would be heard by the same judge whose order had been raped. The hearing was postponed after Eid.
