The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) sent 25 Pakistani students to prison in pre-trial detention after being arrested for trying to use false visas to settle in the United Kingdom.
The FIA presented the students before the judicial magistrate Ahmed Shehzad Gondal’s Court, where their prolongation of physical dismissal was refused. Instead, the court has ordered students’ 14 -day detention to students.
FIA officials informed the court that students had falsified passports in order to go to the United Kingdom and settle there.
Student lawyers filed requests after the arrest and the court postponed the hearing until March 24, when lawyers present their arguments.
A case was recorded against the 25 FIA students and the investigation continues.
