- A pair of Samsung smart specifications are on the way
- They could start before the end of 2025

We know that Samsung is busy working with Google on an Android XR (extended reality) helmet known as Project Moohan, but it seems that certain AR (augmented reality) specific specifications are also in the pipeline – and could be launched before the end of the year.
A new Korean South Report Outlet and News (via @Jukanlosreve) suggests that these intelligent glasses are developed under the code name Haean, and that the characteristics and specifications are currently being finalized.
According to the report, one of Samsung’s priorities is to produce a design that corresponds to each shape and structure of the face. Meanwhile, gesture support would be included in the specifications, to reduce the number of buttons necessary on the device itself.

After a few false starts – Google Glass, someone? – It looks like there is now a certain momentum behind the idea of intelligent glasses as a product, the Ray-Ban Meta intelligent glasses are currently opening the way.
It seems that Samsung wishes part of this intelligent specifications action with its own product. Rumors around such a device have been floating for years at this stage, with the name of Samsung glasses mentioned in a brand deposited in 2023.
These upcoming smart glasses will probably be fueled by a Qualcomm chip and will come with an integrated camera. We have seen rumors suggesting that Samsung is targeting an affordable price, which would of course be welcome.
There had been suggestions that the specifications would appear alongside the Samsung Galaxy S25 during the unpacked event in January. This obviously did not happen, but it seems that we will see them in the next nine months.
