The former star of American male football Landon Donovan did not chew the words as he reacted to the American defeat of the League of Concacaf Nations in Canada during the third match.
Canada beat the United States, 2-1. The Americans finished their race in the Nations League with two consecutive defeats – the other against Panama, which launched them in the third place match instead of going for the title of the League of Nations.

“This is a whole process that we have to change, and I don’t want to say that I am happy – don’t take me bad,” said Pocsettino. “But if there is (there is) something negative in (a) the result, something to learn, it’s better now, because I think we have time.”
Fortunately for the Americans, the United States was already in the World Cup in 2026 because it organized the event. Pochettino said there was still time.

The defeat in Canada on Sunday evening was the first time that the Americans have lost a competition against Canada on American soil since 1957. The men had not lost consecutive matches against Canada since 1980 and 1985.
