The main Pakistani actress Hania Aamir received a reconnaissance prize in the British Parliament, to celebrate her contributions to the entertainment industry and her growing influence on the world public.

The award ceremony was organized by the British deputy Afzal Khan in the Jubilee hall of the House of Commons on Monday.

Hania Aamir spoke to the rally with sincere thanks. “It is an absolute honor to be here and it means a lot for me,” she said. “I hope we will continue to entertain people through our work and make Pakistan proud.”

Hania Aamir also expressed her solidarity with her peers, noting the strength of the Pakistani community and her hope that they “continue to stand up and support each other, in the way we can”.

She then thanked the women in the entertainment industry who paved the way for the next generation. “I will do everything in my ability to facilitate the task of others,” she added.

Hania Aamir has become one of the most eminent female stars in Pakistan in recent years, gaining significant popularity in the country and abroad. The reports also suggest that Hania should make her debut in Indian cinema in Sardaar Ji 3, a Punjabi language film featuring Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa.

Earlier, the Pakistanic actress Senior Bushra Ansari was honored with the prestigious recognition prize during a ceremony in the British Parliament for her contributions to the entertainment industry and her social plea.

Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa were also honored by the British Parliament for their contributions to the Pakistani entertainment industry.
