The special anti -terrorist court made a written order allowing the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to question the accused army Armughan Qureshi alias in broad daylight in the event of money laundering.
The court has also directed trading platforms for crypto coins and sharing Coinfactorypk data used by Armughan for Crypto trading.
According to the ordinance, the FIA said in his request that the accused had been sent to prison by the court in the event of kidnapping and murder of Mustafa Amir. The accused faces accusations under the anti-flowage law and the FIA asked for authorization to investigate him in the case of money laundering.
According to the ordinance, FIA officials asked that the accused be questioned about his bank accounts, which were operated by the employees of the accused Abdul Rahim and Rahim Bakhsh.
The survey would cover banking transactions, discussion history, internet protocol and other relevant details. The court order said he had no objection to question the accused in prison.
The FIA is authorized to question the accused inside the prison for nine days, but they cannot get him out of the prison. The FIA can question the morning accused to sunset. The central prison of the Superintendent should allow the head of the FIA investigation to question the accused.
