AJMAN: A unique art exhibition in its kind took place in the emirate of Ajman, in the United Arab Emirates, to celebrate Pakistan Day.
The exhibition presented superb works of art representing Pakistan, created by artists from the Middle East who have never visited the country but who were inspired by its rich culture, its landscapes and its diversity.
Organized by Pakistani art lovers Saima Furqan and organized by Iftikhar Hamdani, the exhibition invited Arab artists to capture the beauty of Pakistan on canvas. Talk to PK Press Club NewsHamdani shared: “These are artists who never went to Pakistan, but they painted him so beautifully that they now aspire to visit the land they came to admire”.
Artists from Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and other Arab nations participated in the event, using vibrant colors and creative techniques to give life to Pakistan. Many of them expressed their admiration for Pakistan, calling it “an invaluable donation of nature”.
In addition to the creations of Arab artists, the exhibition also presented works by Pakistani artists, highlighting the various seasons and the country’s cultural heritage. From the snowy mountains of the north to vibrant traditions of its provinces, the works have painted a living image of the natural and cultural treasures of Pakistan.
The event was inaugurated by the Pakistan ambassador to the Eau Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, who congratulated foreign artists for their contributions and extended an invitation to visit Pakistan. “This exhibition testifies to the power of art in bridging cultures. I invite you all to discover the beauty of Pakistan in the first hand,” he said.
Art lovers from all over the water have flocked to the exhibition, drawn by the captivating colors and sincere representations of Pakistan. Many have expressed a new desire to explore the country and discover its rich heritage.
