Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the nations are not progressing in the Programs of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), stressing that Pakistan has already reached the stability it needs.
Speaking during the launch of Prime Minister Digital Youth Hub, he said that the IMF’s $ 1 billion loan is not gained income but funded funds.
The Prime Minister said the public knows that a staff agreement had been concluded with the IMF, but that this is a million dollars loan – not something that Pakistan has won alone.
He stressed that the hard work and the skills of the young generation were to transform a debt life into dignity. “I will go to the last measure to free you from this debt,” he said. “We must economically empower our farmers, manufacturers and young people.”
PM Sharif said that young people in Pakistan should be able to win a respectable livelihood. “We are going to reduce other expenses and allocate more funds to training young people,” he added, promising to serve the nation like his humble servant.
He said that investing in young people would lead Pakistan to progress. “Today is a unique day of happiness.”
By reflecting on his mandate as Minister -in -Chief of Punjab, he said that education, health and development of young people had been the main priorities. “If young people are trained, AI and professional skills, they will become the largest asset in the country,” he said, recalling the free distribution of 400,000 laptops to deserving students solely to merit.
“In today’s world, advanced technology is a necessity,” he added.
The Prime Minister also announced that 34 billion rupees had flowed into the national treasury in the past three weeks. This amount had been blocked before due to the residence orders obtained by the banks through the courts.
