LeBron James played the hero for the Los Angeles Lakers Wednesday evening in the team’s victory against the Indiana Pacers.
Los Angeles dragged the Indiana 119-118 with a few seconds in the match. Luka Doncic has dribbled in the path and did his best to get his team’s victory. The shot was turned off and James entered the paint and switched the ball into the basket before the buzzer sounds.

The Lakers won, 120-119.
“I was just trying to read the ball on the edge,” said James. “He seemed a little short, but I knew he had a chance to bounce back if he was hitting the front edge. Once he came out, I wanted to somehow press with enough time. Obviously, you could probably see me watching the Jumbotron to see if I really got it in time and it was a good game for us.”
James finished with 13 points and extended his two -digit score sequence at 1,283 consecutive games.
“That’s all you need to help your teammates win,” he said. “I can do other things to have an impact on the game, it is the beauty of my game, I have always built it all my life with regard to three dimensions, being able to involve my guys, be able to bounce, defend and sprinkle points here and there.”

The Lakers allowed the Pacers to enter the match in the third quarter. Indiana was down 17 points, but were down only three before the start of the last period.
“Obviously, I know I can mark the ball,” he said. “But until we find a little rhythm offensively or whatever the case, the defensive side is the most important for our ball club.”
James tried to take out the funk lakers at the start of the fourth with a few fast baskets and went back to 13 points with just over 9 minutes to play in the match

Tyrese Haliburton helped the Pacers in the game, but in the end, it was the night of the Lakers.
