The university basketball crown has unveiled a unique trophy which will be given to the winners of the 16-team qualifying season in Las Vegas next month.
The trophy is a real crown and the first portable material of the genre in university basketball in the playoffs. Friday morning, the Golden Crown was unveiled on the “Breakfast Ball” of Fox Sports, the tournament preparing to make a boost on Monday.

The uncomfortable disclosure came in the middle of a week, huge news surrounding the tournament.
The tournament will include a name of name, image and resemblance (Nile) which will award the winning school with a Nile package of $ 300,000. The second place school will earn a package of $ 100,000, and the two semi-finalists will earn $ 50,000 as part of the Ambassador program for live seats.
“We are trying to raise the experience for students athletes,” the executive vice-president of Fox Sports, Jordan Bazant said on Tuesday. “University football has evolved in many ways. There is no Big Game bowl experience for basketball programs. We have 12 NBA teams at this event, if not more. If you are in the NCAA tournament or nit, you cannot send someone to each game. At our event, you cannot, and we will have people from the NBA in each match.
“For our programs, this is their first match and the first week of 2025-26 years. This cleans you of the year when you have had a degree, or it provides this next step for a program.”

Arizona State, Boisse State, Butler, Cincinnati, Colorado, Depaul, Georgetown, George Washington, Nebraska, Oregon State, Tulane, UCF, USC, UTAH, Villanova and Washington State will all compete. The games will take place at T-Mobile Arena and MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas.
The tournament begins on Monday and takes place until April 6. The matches can be seen on FS1 with the final presented on Fox.
Fox Sports also organizes a Super 6 competition for fans in order to make predictions around tournament matches.
A competitor should predict the performance of teams and players, compete with other fans on Fox Sports and climb the ranking for a first prize. The first price includes $ 3,000. Second place will bring $ 1,000 to the competitor. The third place winner obtains $ 500, the fourth obtains $ 250, the fifth obtains $ 150 and the sixth $ 100 victory.
