Los Angeles Dodgers will be without a star of the first Star Freddie Freeman goal for at least a week due to an unusual injury.
Freeman played in playoffs last fall on a bad right ankle which was repaired surgically shortly after the Dodgers won the World Series.
Freeman injured his ankle again after slipping and fell in the shower at home.

“A weird accident, you can’t really invent yourself, crazy,” said Freeman earlier this week.
Freeman reduced the ankle on Sunday, which was a day off for.
“Halfway through my morning coffee, I said to myself:” Oh, I’m just going to take a shower to prepare for the day. “And the next thing I know I’m in the bathtub,” he said. “It’s a superb mental image if you want to think about it. Big Guy falls everywhere.”
Freeman’s wife and son could not help making fun of him, joked the first base player.

“Chelsea joked,” I thought I was going to face this when you are 70 years old, not when you are 35 years old, “said Freeman.
The buttocks did not dissuade Freeman in October. He was appointed MVP of the World Series, leading to a record of 12 points (in just five games), four of whom came to his Grand Chelem in match 1. He also had two points produced in the clincher and struck circuits in each of the first four games in the series.
Freeman was grateful that the ankle injury is everything he is dealing with.
“It could have been much worse. I could have hit my head,” he said.

Freeman missed five of the eight dodgers games, but they are doing very well without him. They left at a start of 8-0.
