“There is always a need for traditional golf and traditional competition and historical events, but we do not use the younger crowd, historically, so far,” added Mickelson. “Liv calls on a younger crowd and makes golf again cool and pleasant to watch. And when you go out and look, you have a much more relaxed feeling and people enjoy this atmosphere.
“There is a need and a request for what Liv Golf provides.”
Trump is working to facilitate negotiations with the PGA Tour and the PIF in the new commercial enterprises PGA Tour.
