RCB Eyes Haute returned by the end of the year

Rawalpindi:

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) obtained a record for income collection, exceeding its set objective.

The income teams were invited to maintain the momentum until June 30 for a new recovery.

According to reports, from July 1, 2023 to March 25, 2024, the RCB received RS2.462 billion income.

On the other hand, during the current financial year, from July 1, 2024 to March 24, 2025, the Council already collected 3.253 billion rupees, or 790 million rupees more than the previous year.

In terms of property tax, RS1.087 billion have been collected so far, compared to 944 million rupees last year, showing an increase of RS143 million. The recovery of water fees reached 252 million rupees, compared to 239 million rupees last year.

The restoration of commercial rents experienced 144.63 million rupees, against Rs138 million the previous year.

In terms of parking fees, 33.35 million rupees were collected this year, a significant increase of RS14.65 million last year.

For income from the tower and the antenna, the amount collected is 46.33 million rupees, compared to 34.73 million rupees the previous year.
