Samsung has just announced that all users of Galaxy S25 will have a whole new visual AI experience on their smartphones, and this will start to deploy today – April 7, 2025 – as update.
The upgrade, fueled by Google Gemini, allows owners of smartphones S25, S25 + and S25 to have “ visual and conversational interactions in real time ” with Gemini Live.
In the press release published on the Samsung website, the company gives several examples of how visual AI can help users get even more gemini, which is integrated into the best Galaxy smartphones.
With Visual IA, you can give live access to your Gemini to your camera and your screen sharing, and the vocal assistant AI can tell you what you are looking at.
Samsung says that the new upgrade to Gemini Live means that AI can “have a conversation in real time with users on what it sees – make the tasks daily easier”.

Google and Samsung continue their solid partnership
