Apple TV’s new Android application has just received two excellent updates, but there is still a great functionality

The Apple TV application is still very cool for Android devices, because it has finally become available in February this year for non-IOS users, and just after barely two months, the Android application obtains its first significant update which contains two features that could really improve your streaming experience.

Version 1.1 abandoned yesterday (April 7) and 9TO5GOOGLE was the first to jump to the news, revealing that the new update has added preview clips that automatically play in the main carousel of the application. In a way, they can also operate as mini-bands-announcements that preview the best Apple TV + films and the best Apple TV + programs in its library.

But the second, and undoubtedly a more fascinating new feature, is the introduction of new automatic subtitles parameters. There are two new controls, “ show on matedi ” and “ show on skip back ”, and the two seem rather useful.

When you activate the control “ Show on mute ”, this will automatically display the subtitles when the volume of the Apple TV + film or the show you watch is turned to the right manually or in a mute. On the other hand, the activation of the parameter “ show on skip back ‘will temporarily display the subtitles when you reappear up to 30 seconds – perfect for if you are distracted and is missing an important screen for a moment.

Contouring things, the Apple TV Android application has introduced an automatic game parameter that will play a recommended content once a film, a show or even a sporting event will have finished – a bit like the way of YouTube of videos linked to an automatic game, to keep your streaming experience on a continuum.

For its first major update, it generally satisfied Android users with its new practical additions, but for those waiting for their movies and iTunes emissions to appear, there is always an improvement gap.

Where are my iTunes purchases and new episode updates?
