Some third -party developers already praise the Nintendo Switch 2 equipment, with firaxis games confirming that Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 will work fairly well on the console.
It is according to the game file, which spoke to several developers at a practical press event after the Nintendo Switch 2 direct, namely the executive producer of Firaxis, Dennis Shirk, who said that the studio was “extremely happy” with the power of the pocket computer.
“We were able to make this look like an intermediate level PC because it has enough power,” said Shirk. “We are extremely happy, and it was easy. Their software development kit is great, customer support, their developer support, relationships with developers are excellent.”
The official also said that Nintendo wanted Civilization 7 On the Switch 2 because the game is “an excellent showcase” for the brand new mouse function of the console and “goes so well with our existing PC audience because we have crossplay”.
Civilization 7 is currently available on the original switch, but with the new features of the Switch 2, the game will be well improved, and the same goes for Hogwarts inheritanceAccording to the main producer of Avalanche, Jimmie Nelson.
“We started originally with our switch version,” Nelson told Gamefile. “We obtained very good results very quickly, but we had the impression that we could make a better quality product if we brought a lot of high resolution goods and increased resolution, textures, lighting and global streaming.”
