- A new leak suggests
- This is contrary to the other GPUs in the RTX 5000 series using higher memory bus
- The use of rumors of GDDR7 VRAM is perhaps the greatest highlight of their predecessors
NVIDIA has not yet completed its RTX 5000 GPU range, because its RTX 5060 Ti and RTX 5060 RTX 5060 office cards are still on the horizon. However, a new leak has supposed to be discovered more from their specifications.
As VODEOCARDZ, RTX 5060 TI and RTX 5060 from NVIDIA will point out to use a 128 -bit memory bus, the same as their predecessor, according to a disclosed shipping description. This is different from the 192 -bit memory bus from RTX 5070, as well as the rest of the Blackwell GPU range, which is important to improve VRAM’s performance in GPUs.
Although this may seem disappointing at first glance, the disclosed specifications suggest that the two GPUs will use the GDDR7 memory: the RTX 5060 would have an 8 GB VRAM GDDR7 capacity, while its 16 GB GDDR7 counterpart will have GDDR7 and 8 GB options. As a Videocardz indicates, it could be useful like a potential boost with much higher speeds and a bandwidth predecessors, who rather use GDDR6.
It is worth taking this with a grain of salt: we know that the RTX 5060 will finally be revealed, but there is not yet confirmation at the end of Team Green, so it is worth waiting for the official specifications to be revealed.
In the end, these entry -level GPUs and their chances of success in the GPU market will probably depend on prices. Availability, scalping and inflation being the main NVIDIA problems with its launch of the RTX 5000 series, the graphics giant may have trouble convincing consumers to opt for its range if the GPUs are difficult to obtain at retail.
No matter how good the new GPUs are, prices will determine their fate …
It is a sad reality that PC players are faced with the GPU market currently in disarray – and with recent prices mixed with a scalping and high demand, I doubt that it ends anytime soon.
Unfortunately, this means that the GPUs RTX 5060 TI and Non-Ti will probably suffer the same fate (especially if they prove to be excellent options for budgetary players). We have seen third-party cards from Nvidia and AMD Sell above the PDSF with several retailers; If Team Green does not make a reference card for one or the other of the GPUs to come, it could be much worse, because consumers will be completely left at the mercy of the NVIDIA manufacturing retailers and manufacturing partners.
PC games can already be an expensive hobby, and all recent speculation point to you to get worse: in addition to PC equipment, we now have the prices of the game to be feared too, thanks to the absurdo game price at $ 80 (no, I will not listen to you).
I really hope that Nvidia will be able to surprise consumers with these new cards, because she certainly needs a kickstart for a good momentum. It is not only inflation and prices, but the missing drivers and ROPs have haunted Team Green since the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 launch. Hopefully that a new launch can excite us again …
