After three years, Love, death + robots is back for an exciting new volume – and its streaming date is a few weeks old. Volume 4 arrives in Netflix on May 15, and if the trailer is an indication, it will be the epic and edge television of the seat.
As with the previous seasons of one of the best Netflix shows, volume 4 consists of autonomous animated shorts with their own characters and distinctive visual styles. And as you will see from the trailer, it seems that it will be a ton of pleasure linked to the robot.

Love, Death & Robots Volume 4: What to expect
Here are some of the things you will see in volume 4 based on the trailer: a sexual toy apparently sensitive to wide eyes; What looks like a giant rock concert; a frightening and sweary cyborg; a giant baby; Fighter dinosaurs; Half of the Golden Porte disappears … and it’s only the first 12 seconds of the trailer.
This will clearly be visually magnificent, and as always the changes in style between each short film are striking: there is a classic comic strip action, a photorealistic CGI and much more.
There will be ten shorts in volume 4, and although Netflix does not give too much, he promises “dinosaurs’ gladiators, messianic cats [and] String-Puppet Rock Stars “. The official synopsis says:
“The fourth volume, presented by Tim Miller and David Fincher, sees Jennifer Yuh Nelson return as supervisor for 10 surprising shorts highlighting the style of signature and award -winning Buckle of the series.”
Love, death + robots volume 4 will be broadcast on Netflix from May 15.
