The dry approves the trading of the ETHER options

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) gave the green light for the negotiation of options related to the funds (ETF) negotiated on the Ether Stock Exchange (ETH).

On Wednesday, the regulator approved a file of the Nasdaq ISE, tabled last July, which asked to list the options of options on Ishares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) of BlackRock. Options are a popular negotiation vehicle to take advantage of and cover risks and are particularly attractive for institutional investors who seek to control large amounts of actions.

The Commission had so far made a decision. James Seyffart, ETF analyst at Bloomberg Intelligence, said approval was “100% expected”.

The options are specifically applied to Etha, which means that the BlackRock product is the only Ether Spot ether on which the options can be exchanged.

Other funds are registered on the Arca and CBOE of the New York Stock Exchange.
