Nascar News: Sheldon Creed, Brennan Poole involved in a serious accident

The Nascar Xfinity pilots were involved in a serious accident on Saturday during the Sciaps 300 in Bristol Motor Speedway.

Dean Thompson entered the back of Creed when they arrived at the Tour 4. Creed turned the track and fell back into the wall. Unfortunately, it was perpendicular to other drivers trying to avoid it. Brennan Poole could not go out while Creed stopped.

Poole burst through Creed, creating a huge collision. The left front of Creed has become completely unique while the right side of his vehicle was snatched as well as his right rear tire.

“It made me breathe,” Poole said in NBC Sports after his release from the interior care center. “I spoke to Sheldon when we went up in the trailer and he said that it had also knocked out the breath of him too.”

Creed said Poole hadn’t seen it.

“Things happen so quickly and you go so fast. Not much time to avoid a car seated in the middle of the track as I was,” he added.

Poole finished in 36th and Creed was 37th.

Kyle Larson finished first place with Carson Kvapil, Justin Allgaier, Sammy Smith and Brandon Jones completing the first five.
