The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 has not even been confirmed yet by Samsung, but it already seems that a powerful rival is on the way in the form of the Motorola Razr Plus 2025.
According to the newly discovered geekbench reference reports, the Motorola Razr model more than this year is equipped with an elite Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 chipset, from GPU Adreno 830 and an impressive 16 GB of RAM.
The Geekbench report – spotted by Xpertpick – also suggests that the phone will run an operating system based on Android 15, probably a version of Hellot Ui Android Wrapper from Motorola.
These specifications – although they are not confirmed – could give the Samsung Galaxy Z race of Samsung Z a race for his money. As we mentioned earlier, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 could be delivered with a Snapdragon 8 Elite or the own Samsung Exynos 2500 chipset.
The Snapdragon 8 elite would be a safe bet to match or exceed the same chipset found in the Razr Plus – it is typical for Samsung phones to come with special “galaxy” versions of Qualcomm chipsets.
However, a Galaxy Z Flip 7 equipped with the Exynos 2500 chipset would not have a certain advantage on the Razr Plus – the problems with the Samsung Exynos chipset platform are well documented and prevented the technology giant from adjusting its flagship phones with its own chipsets in recent years.
