- Sennheiser accentum open has an open design
- 28 hours of battery life in total
- € 89.90 (around £ 100 £ 78 / $ 161 in)
Sennheiser has announced a new set of headphones in its Accentum range of large mid -range headphones: the Sennheiser Open.
As its name suggests, they have an open style design so that you do not tip in your ear and cut yourself off from the world around you – and they are delivered with good battery life and an impressive price.
This particular design is like AirPods 4, in that they are sitting just outside the ear canal (and have stems, like Airpod) – they are not like sports conceptions or ear sports that you get from some of the best open headphones.
They seem to have undergone the airpods on the price, however, with a cost of around $ 100 / £ 78 / $ 161 at the function of their European launch price.
Sennheiser Accentum Open: Key characteristics and price
Sennheiser says that Open Accentum has been calibrated to offer “a rich and detailed sound”, and they were designed to provide an environmental consciousness without compromising the quality of this sound.
The battery life is a promise of 28 hours, including the load box, and these 28 hours must be comfortable: the open accent is light with a thin rod, so they should not feel too heavy in your ears.
The headphones have a multipoint Bluetooth, and there are integrated touch controls for an audio navigation and an easy adjustment.
In our Sennheiser Accentum True Wireless Review, we found that the sound lacked a little energy, but that they were well overall. Maybe the 11 mm and different acoustic design drivers will provide something closer to the impressive value of the Sennheiser Accentum Plus helmet.
ACCENTUM OPEN has not been announced in Europe so far, with a price of € 89.90. As I mentioned above, it is about $ 100 / £ 78 / $ 161 at – We will update this story with official prices elsewhere once Sennheiser reveals it.
