- The Chatgpt application and the web interface get a new library tab
- This is where all your images generated by AI are now preserved
- The functionality takes place now for all users
The recent update of the chatgpt image has almost broken the internet and certainly put a ton of pressure on the huge stack of OpenAi graphic processors – and now users obtain a dedicated space inside the chatbot interface for their IA images.
As announced by Openai (via the rod), the new library tab appears on mobile applications and the web interface for chatgpt. It is also universally available, whether or not you pay a BOT AI subscription.
The update has already presented inside the web interface for my own account, and everything is quite simple to use: the tab collects each image you have generated, through each cat of your history, and you can click on an image for the editing and download options. You can also create a new image from the library section.
Remove a cat and the images included are also wiped from the Library tab. There is not yet nothing in the search for images or filtering, but of course, these features could be deployed in time as the functionality evolves.
The social aspect

It seems that we see a new image tendency to appear every week, whether it is rendering inspired by the Ghibli studio, transforming people into figures of action or imagining what your animal could look like as a human being.
Given the recent increase in the quality of the images that Chatgpt can make, through free and paid levels, it is logical that Openai creates a separate space to maintain them – before, users had to search through individual conversations to find them.
It is also linked to rumors that we have heard about OpenAi working on a social network. These plans are apparently at their beginnings, but if Chatgpt had to become more social, it is easy to see how image sharing could be a large part of this: like Instagram, but with images and videos generated by Ai-Ai.
This decision would also give OPENAI access to even more user data to train. Do you want to register for another network of social media, if it was focused on AI? And would your content have what it takes to become viral? Let us know in the comments.
