The United States Ministry of Justice has announced a trial against the state of Maine for its continuous challenge of the executive order of President Donald Trump to keep biological men outside the sports of girls and women and violations of the title IX.
The Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the trial at a press conference on Wednesday morning. This is the last chapter of the battle between the state and the Trump administration after a federal judge has interrupted a financing freezing which was initiated by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Bondi was joined at the press conference by conservative activist Riley Gaines and the Scriper Stephanie Turner, who recently attracted viral attention to the issue of transplant in the female female with a clip of her Agenette to protest against a trans opponent.

“The Ministry of Justice will not pass when women are victims of sports discrimination,” said Bondi at a press conference. “… what they experienced is horrible.”
PK Press Club Digital contacted Maine Janet Mills Governor and the Prosecutor General Aaron Frey offices to comment.
“We want to make the states conform to us,” added Bondi.
Bondi declared that they were looking for an injunction and that the titles returned to the girls who “rightly” won competitions in which the Trans athletes participated.
Turner spoke of the Ministry of Justice trial against the State at PK Press Club Digital.
“It is sad that it is a political question, and I think it was a missed opportunity for Democrats to collect the support of the vast majority of the United States.” Turner said about the press conference.
“I am so grateful that we have an administration that takes this question seriously.”

The announcement of the trial comes almost two months after a sadly famous hostile exchange between Trump and Mills at a bipartite meeting of the Governors of the White House on February 21. The exchange ended with Trump pronouncing the expression “see in court” after Mulls insisted that his state would refuse to comply with his order.
Now the administration of Trump has made his wish to bring the question before the courts.

The administration has hammered the state with federal pressure to comply with the problem in the past seven weeks, by launching multiple surveys on its educational establishments and even reducing the financing of the USDA.
In response, the State launched its own trial against the administration on the recent Cups of the USDA and a federal judge also ordered that the funding cannot be frozen.
The republican opposition within the State has fought in an aggressively combat against Mills, the Democratic majority of the Legislative Assembly and the educational bodies which firmly supported the inclusion Trans. The representative of the State Laurel Libby was a central figure of this opposition, having drawn attention to the question initially with a social media position identifying a trans athlete which won a pole jump competition for girls in February.
Now Libby is satisfied to see the Doj intervene and take legal action against the state.
“Despite the repeated warnings of President Trump, Governor Janet Mills and the Democrats of Maine continued to discriminate the women and girls of Maine, prioritizing their awakened ideology on biological reality. Consequently, the Ministry of Justice has no choice but to take measures against the erasure of women and girls in sport,” said Libby Digital.

“Maine Democrats have doubled their far -left program and now our students and our families are ready to lose hundreds of millions of federal funds. Their radical gender ideology endangers the continuous existence of women’s sports and penalizes the students of Maine, against the will of the citizens of Maine.”
Libby is joined by his republican colleagues to oppose the Democratic Authority of the State who challenges Trump, alongside several passionate civilians who have spoken on the issue in recent months.
A Maine school district moves to comply with Trump instead of the state on the issue. The MSAD # 70 school board voted unanimously on Monday evening to comply with title IX, and the superintendent Tyler Putnam told PK Press Club Digital that he would modify the district policies to prevent Trans athletes from participating in the sports of girls.

A parent of Maine named Nick Blanchard recently attracted national attention after being cut at a meeting of the school board in the capital of Maine d’A Augusta when he discussed the controversial issue and a petition he launched to have a school administrator withdrawn from his post to support trans inclusion.
The student of Maine High School, Cassidy Carlisle, spoke during a rally in Augusta opposing the factories on the issue and made a trip to the White House to discuss the question of his state on February 27. Carlisle was led to take action on the issue after losing against a trans athlete in northern cross -country ski and ski competitions. Before that, she had to share a wardrobe with a Trans athlete six years ago during a college gymnasium class.
As the conflict in Maine has become a national problem, the conservative opposition has also aroused the support of the eminent national militants.
Nicole Neily, founder of education and president of education, celebrated the decision in a statement to PK Press Club Digital.
“The trial of the Ministry of Justice shows that this administration seriously concerns the priority for students’ safety – which is a welcome change for parents across the country. The Maine has made a conscious decision to violate the original intention of title IX by allowing male participation in female sports, and that action has consequences,” said Neily.
The Executive Director of the American Coalition of Parents, Allelight Marré, told PK Press Club Digital that she thought that the Trump administration sends a strong message with this trial.
“This action of the administration sends a clear message to the parents who fight so that the private spaces of their daughters are protected and for a fair sports competition. The rights and privacy of our daughters should not be subject to ideological whims. The next generation of girls deserves a world where they are protected and respected,” said MarrĂ©.
