At least three people were killed and eight others injured in rain -related incidents after strong showers and thunderstorms in the Rawalpindi and Jhelum districts, Express News reported.
In Sohawa Tehsil from Jhelum, two people lost their lives and four were injured when a limit wall collapsed on a charger vehicle in Mohalla Shaheedan. The injured were moved to a Rawalpindi hospital, where two remain in critical condition.
Two additional wall collapse incidents occurred in neighboring areas of Pindi and Sohala. In Dervaisa, a woman was seriously injured, while in Sohala, a child and a young man were critical after being struck by the fall in debris.
In the region of Ratta Amral of Rawalpindi, a 24 -year -old man identified as Musa died after the collapse of a mosque wall, buried it under the rubble. He was a resident of the colony of Hazara. The body was moved to a local hospital for other procedures.
Local authorities warned the volatility of bad weather and urged residents to remain cautious, especially in areas subject to storms and structurally vulnerable.
