After turning into police last week on a sexual assault mandate, Isaiah Bond is now continuing her accuser.
The 21 -year -old qualified the “obviously false” complaints after putting a deposit of $ 25,000 and was released. Now, barely eight days before the NFL project, Bond brought legal action.
“Earlier tonight, Isaiah lawyers in Nesenhoff & Miltenberg, LLP filed the attached complaint in the United States District Court for the North Texas District in response to the false allegation of sexual assault and defamatory statements against him,” said Bond agent Darien Butler, in a letter to 32 NFL teams.
“Unlike the false story that has been amplified, the truth, once revealed in its entirety, will show that he was targeted by an eight -year -old woman, her elder, tirelessly, pursued by explicit photos and videos and finally configured for a financial gain.

“Isaiah, like most of the twenty -one years, must show a higher level of discernment in interactions and access to social media, however, it is completely innocent of allegations taken from him and will fight to erase his name. For clubs that always feel his elite talent can help them win the games for the next decade, it is impatient to put the gridiron where he feels most comfortable. “
“Regarding the accusation against me, I would appreciate the time and the opportunity to defend myself and prove the claims made, obviously false,” wrote Bond on X shortly after his arrest. “I am in full cooperation with the authorities and I will remain a participant disposed and active in the investigation.

Bond spent his last university season with the Texas Longhorns after Xavier Worthy and Adonai Mitchell went to the NFL. Bond captured 34 passes for 540 yards and five affected. He declared for the draft of the NFL shortly after the elimination of the longhorns of the university football playoffs by the possible national champion of Ohio State.
Before going to Texas, Bond passed its first two university seasons in alabama. His final touch in a Crimson Tide uniform came from Jalen Milroe on a 4th and 31 with 32 seconds to play against Auburn in Iron Bowl.

Bond should be a selection of day 2 in the NFL draft next week.
