- Notion mail promises to redefine what we know about messaging applications
- AI allows sorting, labeling and filtering e-mails for a clearer view
- Extracts for models and e-mails easier also
The concept of popular productivity application has been published with its own messaging service powered by AI, and society makes daring promises to change the way we think of emails.
Although emails have been a must in the workplace since the 1970s, a concept indicates that the platforms have not wanted to work with other technological progress, which gives it a congested and ineffective feeling.
“The concept of mail is designed to simplify email management-a well-oiled machine that buzzes in the background of your daily life,” said the company in a blog article.
The concept is launching a new messaging application, supported by AI, of course
At the heart of the concept of mail is artificial intelligence, which promises to automate tedious tasks such as sorting, labeling and filtering.
Users can tell the concept of AI what is important (such as hiring emails for recruiters) and it will prioritize them accordingly.
At the front, the concept of mail benefits from personalized views for increased concentration. Andrew Milich and Jason Ginsberg of the messaging concept team noted that user priorities could be different this month until next month, it was therefore imperative that the interface could change over time. Categories of reception boxes such as promotions, customer support and separate emails in separate categories.
Recognizing that e-mails can be repetitive and long, the concept has also added extracts from the application so that users can call saved models, with an IA concept intervening to help users write intros, responses and more.
To combat “ping-pong planning”, the application also integrates into the concept calendar so that shippers share their availability for faster and more efficient planning.
“We have built the mail of the concept because we think that your relationship with email should empower your work, not to prevent it,” concluded workers in the concept of mail.
The concept of mail is available free of charge and is part of the free level which also includes the concept calendar, the concept workspace and third -party integrations with Slack and Github. The application works with Gmail, but it is not clear if other email services will be added to a later date.
MacOS and Windows applications are already available for download, and there is a web application for those who prefer to access the concept mail via their chosen browser, but iOS and Android applications are still in preparation for the moment.
