- Instagram launches mixtures, a new personalized roller flow
- The idea is that you add this to a DM or a group cat and to coils that will appeal to the people who make up the group
- You can react and add comments that live in the DM
If you are like me, you can spend too much time (even if I never admit it) scroll through the coils on Instagram and clips on Tiktok. But not so surprising, Instagram wants to keep you in the walls of its application and has a new feature that allows you to make a personalized bay flow for you and your friends.
Nicknamed Blend and launch now, you can configure this personalized flow for you and a friend and be served with coils that correspond to your two interests. This is a roller flow only at the invitation you can scroll through your cat window and respond at the bottom to start a conversation on everything you want.
And if you guess he lives in DMS, you would be right, because this is where Instagram invites you to maintain the conversation. In addition, if you fear that the coils live next to your messages, gifs and potentially other shared coils … Do not fear.
Blend will live via an icon at the top of the cat which resembles a fusion of two basic emojis. You press this to access your mixture, which is a mixed flow of coils that strikes your interests, and it is also where you can invite someone to join your mixture.
Another important note – you cannot force someone to join your mixture on Instagram; The one you invite will have to accept it. Instagram also says you can configure mixtures for you and another person or for a group of people.
Here’s how Blend will work
So, once you have configured a mixture with it, say, two of your besties, you open this group message in Instagram and press the new icon next to the call buttons at the top right of the cat.
Press this and you will be taken to your personalized reels. It should be quite similar. You will see the username of Reel Creator, the audio used, an extract from the legend, and the possibility of loving it, commenting and even sharing it.
The difference is that you will see a bubble that says “suggested for [insert username here]Thus, Instagram will tell you for whom he thinks that the coil will be the most. And yes, this is based on the rollers with which you are committed and on what Instagram knows about you.
More specifically, Instagram says that “suggested are based on the activity of each person on Instagram, including the coils with whom they look and interact. They can also be based on coils sent to the cat. ”
When you scroll, if you feel obliged, you can send a message to your group about the coil you look at or even leave a reaction like an emoji. For example, if it is particularly epic, you can use fire emoji.
It’s quite neat and a new way of exploring coils with friends at your own pace, while interacting with each other. Not for nothing, you will not need to risk shareplay on iOS or screenshot on Android, without knowing what could appear in your regular flow.
However, as based on your interests, your friends could learn something – those I invite to mix will know that I like Bruce Springsteen, Disney Parks, Lego and Star Wars.
This is the risk of the mixture: it essentially shows that your Instagram interests wrapped to a friend (assuming that they accepted the invitation). If you are ready for fun and the challenge, you can try the last operation of Instagram while it takes place now.
Just make sure that the Instagram application on your iOS or Android device is up to date.
