Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has promised to inflict a decisive and overwhelming defeat on terrorists, ensuring that they will never dare to take a bad look at Pakistan.
Speaking during a high -level meeting on the situation of the law and the order of the country, he reiterated the continuous commitment of the government to completely eradicate the country’s terrorism.
“The fight to eliminate terrorism will continue, and we will defeat the terrorists so completely that they will never think of challenging Pakistan,” said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
He added that the enemies of Pakistan are particularly afraid of the country’s economic progress, which testifies to its resilience.
The Prime Minister congratulated the proactive measures taken by various institutions and provincial governments in the fight against terrorism, praising the tireless efforts of the security forces.
“Our brave officers and soldiers are faced with day and night terrorists, sacrificing their life for the nation,” he said.
He ensured full cooperation of the federal government to improve the capacities of all provinces in the fight against terrorism and extremism.
Shehbaz Sharif also mentioned that the federal government, in collaboration with the provincial authorities, strengthens the narrative against terrorism, which has shown encouraging results.
Stressing the importance of unity, the Prime Minister stressed the need for all provinces and institutions to put aside their differences and work together to eliminate terrorism.
He also ordered institutions to intensify efforts to combat smuggling and further suppress human trafficking networks, ensuring that smugglers are brought to justice.
In the undergoing struggle for safer cities, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif called for the rapid completion of safe city projects in major cities.
He noted that the National and Provincial Center for Merger and Threats was created in Nacta to improve coordination.
In addition, the judicial science agency in Islamabad is operational and improvements are underway in Punjab.
Reunion participants included the main federal ministers, provincial representatives and senior law enforcement.
He concluded by stressing that the nation must unite against common threats and work together for peace and security.
