XRP Tracker Fund will be available in Asia from hashkey with Ripple as an anchor investor

Hashkey Capital has announced what he says is the first investment fund in Asia designed to follow the performance of XRP, the digital asset used in the global payment infrastructure of Ripple.

The new fund, called Hashkey XRP Tracker Fund, will be open to professional investors and will allow an exposure to XRP without having to manage the asset directly. It will offer the possibility of buying via cash and kind subscriptions and offers monthly liquidity.

Ripple will be a first donor of the fund funds. The investment deepens its strategic links with Hashkey, which already has FNB Spot classified in Hong Kong for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH).

The company will continue to join Ripple on additional financial products, said Vivien Wong, partner of Hashkey Capital, in a statement. One possibility includes the tokenization of a monetary market fund on the large XRP book.

The director general of Ripple Asia-Pacific, Fiona Murray, said that the partnership with Hashkey was part of a wider thrust to provide more regulated cryptographic products to the institutions of the region.
