IHC has the advocacy of the FBR officer

Islamabad:

Friday, the High Court of Islamabad (IHC) exceeded the request of a 21st year office of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) against ignoring it for the

Promotion, after the issuance of an office memorandum on the issue linked to its promotion at the next year.

IHC judge Raja Inam Amin Minhas heard the petition filed by Shah Bano Ghaznavi. The judge said his petition was being available, but added that a written order would be made on the issue.

During the hearing, the petitioner herself came to La Rostre to address the court. She said that she was an officer superior to the FBR, but was held in the “administrative swimming pool” for many years. Because that, she said, her junior officers were promoted when her rights were raped.

She asked the court to examine her advocacy and to make orders for inclusion of her name in the counterpart by the High Power Promotion Board. Deputy Prosecutor General Faisal Irfan Advocate informed the court that the establishment’s division had started to prepare for the board of directors of High Power.
