The ex-post Malone fiancés wants their daughter’s full physical guard.
Hee Sung “Jamie” Park submitted documents on Wednesday to the Los Angeles Superior Court, asking for the two and a half -year -old daughter of the couple who is referred by her initial DDP.
The file also reveals that Park wishes a joint legal guard and is open to the granting of visit rights to Malone, People magazine reported. She also wants the Grammy winner, 29, covers her legal costs.
“The court can make the support orders for children and issue an allocation of profits without any other notice to one or the other of the parties.”
The exs welcomed a girl in May 2022, just a few weeks after announcing their expectations. The rapper, 29, then jumped the official announcement of birth and subtly mentioned the good news in a conversation with Howard Stern in June 2022.
He has kept his personal life under the Wraps since – with the identity of his ex who will only prove to be in the middle of their guard battle.
In March, Malone was released with a new alleged girlfriend, Christy Lee, without ever announcing a break with his ex.
By TmzThe rapper canceled his commitment with Park towards the end of 2024 and was released with Lee “since at least the start of this year”. Barely two weeks ago, Malone and Lee all dressed for an outing in Beefbar in Paris.
Lee is a student at the School of Design Parsons and worked with several celebrities while being in an internship for the celebrity stylist Kristina Askerova.
